Hi Fraser, I'm seeing lots of "Failed on (null) because "Operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error.)" messages from Exposure Premium when trying to view my photos. Others download OK.
Here's a crash log from earlier today. I can't judge from the 1.0.1 release notes if this is fixed already, but I though I might post it anyway. I was able to reproduce it twice, but then it just worked. It happened right after startup, the empty "My Photos" list and it's load indicator was visible when it crashed. I attached the phone too late, so I couldn't get the console.log with the NSException details, but I guess it's just that URLWithString: had been passed a nil argument.
It would be very nice to have the ability to see the amount of faves next to the amount of views and (may be) the amount of comments, and to have the ability to look at who has faved it. The amount of faves and who has faved your picture is an important criteria for a picture to get into Explore. This is sometimes more important than comments.
(And thanks for this great peace of software, I enjoy it very much)
Exposure 1.0.3 premium: Private photos (red icon on flickr.com) show up with a green icon in the "My Photos" tab, although privacy is reported correctly in detail view. [this is an absolutely minor problem]
I always favorite photos I find that I like on Flickr - I love having a library of the photos I find that I like most - but in the featured section and elsewhere there doesn't seem to be a way to do this. Any plans to add an 'add to faves' icon like in the full-blown version of Flickr?
Can you have Exposure show a single tag per line if they will not all fit on the current single line under "Info"? I think this could be addressed by making the tags line wrap, or simply have one tag per line.
This would be nice so we could see all of the tags if a photo currently has more than a couple tags. Please let me know if you need more detail of exactly what I'm trying to describe.
exposure question: how to logout as one user and login as another user??
i maintain three flickr pro accounts for different subject matters. i authorized exposure 1.0.3
in one account, works great (although it doesn't always detect rotation of the iphone properly).
i can logout, but it always tries to log in as the same user. totally skips the username/password
screens. is there a way to login as another user??
I've noticed in the latest version that the application often closes down. This happens most after you have viewed a photo and are going back to the list.
Please support another photo shareing service that has Flickr compatible API, like Zooomr http://zooomr.com/ .
I suggest it is easy to change FlickerExport for Zooomr. Zooomr API is very similar to Flickr.

exposure suggestion: modify "near me" to allow setting a radius, so I can then sort by most recent. I keep seeing the same closest pictures by me again and again.
Exposure is brilliant, bt is lacking a few things (I have bought it I think it's that good tho!)
A few ideas:
1) When looking through your photos - why can't you gesture left or right, to get to the next photo.
2) When you zoom into a photo - why can't you pan and scan around.
3) Saving an image - I tried touching and holding an image - like you do in Safari but can't save an image - it would be very handy to be able to save a local copy, at either full size (for emailing) or scaled to fit the ipod screen (for wallpapers)
4) Near Me is brilliant, really it's why I paid out money - but why can't I choose a location other than my current on, and be abe to see pictures from that location?
Anyway - I reckon it's a great product - looking frward t using it more cheers :)
Each time I lry to log-in via my 3g iPhone the above error message is displayed, so far I have only managed to get onto Flickr once... is this a Flickr problem?
I'm looking for a number of testers to help test the next revision of Exposure. If you're interested:
Be aware that not everyone will be accepted. This is a new process that I've never done before and, if it goes wrong, I'd rather fix 20 people's problems than 200.
Excellent work with Exposure, Fraser. I'm loving it so far.
A couple of feature requests:
- mark a photo as a favourite from within Exposure (both from the details screen and the full-screen viewer)
- ability to navigate from the full-screen viewer to the details screen, and vice-versa
- view group pools
- swipe gesture to navigate through photos
- this might be a bug: when you double-tap to zoom an image, you can't pan the image by dragging
