Can't upgrade - serial number of prior product is "unknown"
I want to upgrade to newer version of export for iPhoto but Kagi Order Tracking will not recognize my prior serial number as valid.
I’m frusstrated and a bit angry

There has been a problem with some serial numbers not being recognised for upgrade. Unfortunately, with 15,000+ numbers it's not practical to double-check them all.
However, please forward your previous receipt to info-at-connectedflow.com and I'll gladly arrange for you to get the upgrade price.
