Inappropriate?It means Flickr temporarily turned off access to programs like FlickrExport. It should come back soon, but I don't know exactly when.
I’m aware I could do better with the error message.

Inappropriate?In the same boat here for close to 48 hours here... Nothing but error code 0/can't communicate with Flickr. (This is especially awesome to see after spending an hour tagging and describing a batch of photos.)

Inappropriate?In addition to not being able to sign in intermittently, FE has been crashing iPhoto repeatedly over the last several hours. When I click 'File->Export' there's a chance that it will work, a chance that iPhoto will quit unexpectedly, and a chance that I won't be able to connect to Flickr.
I've had about 6 crashes today (slowly trying to upload about 100 photos) but have managed to get most of the photos up. Not sure if this is a Flickr API issue.
