Flickr Export 3 crashes iPhoto when uploading certain pictures

When I was running Flickr Export 2 for iPhoto I had a lot of problems with certain photos failing to upload. The problem was never resolved. I just upgraded to version 3.0 and iPhoto '09 in the hopes that that might get around the issue, but instead the problem has gotten worse. Now, any time Flickr Exporter encounters a photo that it can't handle, it not only fails to upload but also crashes iPhoto and sometimes creates a glitch in my internet connection that forces me to reload my browsers. There is no indicator as to which photos will be problematic. I've had issues with images from both of my cameras (which are two different brands), both edited and un-edited, while successfully uploading other photos from both cameras.
