Flickr Exporter for Aperture: slow loading
FlickrExport for Aperture is really slow to load up whenever I start it from the Aperture menus. It seems to be because it loads my full list of Flickr keywords and Flickr groups. I have a LOT of groups and a LOT of tags.
As a future enhancement, could FlickrExport for Aperture have an option to cache these? My list of groups rarely changes and I rarely add tags from Flickr; it'd be OK to show me old data (with, perhaps, a button to ask for a refresh).
My preferred workflow is that I edit one picture, upload it, and then work on the next; thus, I have this hit with each photo I upload.
Otherwise, a very satisfied customer!

Inappropriate?Hi Matthew,
In FlickrExport 3, the slowest operation (retrieving tags) will be optional and off by default, so that should help a bit. I want to look into doing more performance/caching work in the future. -
Inappropriate?I want this feature, too.
I have over 100 groups.
And who knows how many tags:
