Flickr Login Issues (2009-06-30)
It would appear that, today, Flickr pushed some changes to the login system that left FlickrExport's API keys non-functional. I have contacted people at Flickr to see if it can be resolved.
FlickrExport 3.0.1 _should_ work correctly in its current form and, indeed, was working before Flickr's changes today. You should not need to reinstall FlickrExport.
I can't confirm right now but, if you are already logged in, FlickrExport may continue to work. Avoid logging out until this issue is resolved.
Apologies for the difficulty.

Inappropriate?Still working for me

Inappropriate? Thanks. I would encourage people to comment here about whether or not it's working for you. I've forwarded the URL of this thread to Flickr staff.

Inappropriate?This problem is now resolved.

Inappropriate?Hmm. I seem to be getting stuck on "Logging in..." forever with 2.0.15 :-(
-
Inappropriate?Ah crap, I just did the upgrade to 3.0.1 and now it crashes iPhoto (8.0.4) when I try to authorize with Flickr. Hopefully I can get this resolved soon, I'm picking up a new DSLR tomorrow and will have pictures to upload :-)

Inappropriate?@Jim Try resetting your preferences by deleting:
~/Library/Preferences/com.connectedflow.flickrexport.plist -
Inappropriate?Hey Fraser,
I sent you a private message (via the form on connectedflow.com) with some more info.
Thanks,

Inappropriate?I'm having a similar problem. Currently on iPhoto 8.0.4, but FlickrExport 2.0.12, started hanging at "Logging in" several weeks ago.
I just tried removing the prefs as you suggested above, after which I re-entered my license code when prompted. Now the FlickrExport dialog comes up, the upper right corner says "logged in as (not logged in)", and then iPhoto crashes a few seconds afterward. Happy to provide logs if it would help. I don't see a place to download later versions of 2.0.x. -
You can get 2.0.15 (the last 2.x release) from http://connectedflow.com/downloads - please comment back if it's not working with 2.0.15. -
Inappropriate? Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, 2.0.15 still crashes, before and after I tried removing the prefs and re-entering the serial number.

Inappropriate? Can you send me a crash log (should be in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/)? Send it to info-at-connectedflow.com.
