FlickrExport for Aperture fails to export IPTC City, State, Country

Why doesn't it export IPTC City, State, and Country anymore? It used to, but now it never does. I dislike having to enter this info manually on Flickr when I've already entered it in Aperture (or had it added automatically for me by a GPS app).
