Multiple albums and more support over albums
I'd like to see the ability to upload different pictures to different albums in one upload and also upload to multiple albums.

Definitely noted. The focus for 3.0 was to support uploading to multiple groups, which was a long-time request for FlickrExport 2.0. It's funny because, almost as soon as I finished that feature, I started hearing requests for upload to multiple sets.
It's on the list, but probably a 4.0 thing.
