'Replace' functionality is broken, doesn't replace metadata

When 'replacing' a photo, the metadata does not also get replaced. I imagine most people use Aperture to organize their library and then use this plugin to post that library (or portions of it) to the web. I also imagine that most people make changes to their photos and metadata over time (retouching, reorganizing, etc.). The 'replace' photo functionality works great for subsequent changes you make to the photo itself, but you can't replace the metadata as well, which kind of defeats the purpose since you're only 'replacing' part of the image. To update everything, you must delete the photo from flickr and re-upload an entirely new version (not acceptable) or manually make changes on flickr.com (not acceptable).

What's worse, is that the 'export' screen displays the updated metadata in the various fields for a photo, making you think that data will be replaced on flickr, but when the upload is complete, that data is obviously not there. This feels like a pretty serious bug to me in that it forces you to get everything right the first time and essentially negates the value of the partially implemented 'replace' functionality.

What would obviously be the ideal situation (which I've seen suggested elsewhere) is to not only fix this bug so that the metadata is replaced as well, but to add the option to 'only replace metadata' for the instance where you've changed metadata but not the photo itself. This would, of course, save big in bandwidth and processing. I've also seen it suggested that any data you change on flickr.com should be imported back to aperture somehow (2-way sync), which sounds nice but also sounds complicated.

Just fixing the 1-way sync would probably be enough for most people right, since the workflow probably goes 'edit in aperture' -> 'upload to flickr'. Right now it's more like 'edit in aperture once and get it right the first time' -> 'upload to flickr'.

Thanks for this plugin and thanks for listening to this feedback!
