Unlicensed FlickerExport (non-Lite) hangs Aperture when FlickrExportLite is installed
System: Aperture 2.12 and MacOS 10.5.6 on 2GHZ MacPro w/3GB RAM
In the past I have used FlickrExport Lite, and was trying to find out which version I had installed. The plugin file had no version number in it so I downloaded it again. Neither the Finder nor GetInfo show any version data, but i believe that the latest Lite version is 1.0.6 according to the install .dmg file.
This latest Lite download was crashing on me (see other reports) so I thought maybe the for-pay version was more reliable (according to the get-what-you-pay-for principle.)
The 1.0.9 non-Lite installer didn't say anything about demo mode or compatibility with concurrent Lite installs, so I went ahead and tried it. When the export window appeared it said my demo license had expired. OK, whatever. But it still let me manipulate every UI field so I thought I'd go ahead and see what the advanced options were. (I would have been happy to simply read the User's Manual to find out exactly what features the non-Lite version has, but as far as I can see there is no documentation for EITHER version.)
Unfortunately, once the Preferences pane was pulled down and different tabs clicked there is no Cancel button, and OK does nothing. So Aperture is hung at this point (I can still view different Preference pane tabs.)
If there's a way to get a demo license to try non-Lite FlickrExport I'd like to try it but so far my experience with FlickrExportLite crashing Aperture and this version hanging is not so good. Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?Hi Steve,
Regarding feature differences between paid and lite, there is a checklist at: http://connectedflow.com/flickrexport/
It is probably best not to have both versions installed at once - Aperture doesn't always do a great job of distinguishing between the lite and full versions. You can just drag the lite plugin to the Trash (it should be in ~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins/Export)
