How do I personalize emails with company name of the recipient?

I have a list of business prospects and want to include a conditional reference to their company name in the email greeting. I see the "Personalization" option, but this only lets me insert "First Name", "Last Name", "First & Last Name" or "None".

Is there a way to add fields to the Greeting section under Personalization to access more fields of info that I am storing with each email address, with a conditional statement to use default text if that field is null/empty?
