I'd be happy to assist you! Depending on the color of the All star, after a Youth size 3, is a Mens size 3.5, or a Mens size 4. Not all of the colors come in half sizes.

As Stephanie had said, it depends on which All Star you are referring to. Some of the All Stars will go up to a size 6 Youth. Have a great day! ;)
