I saw your ad on tv. I think you did great until you got to the end of it. when the woman says "cool but noisy" I dont think anyone shopping for air conditioner wants anything noisy. SO
"cool but noisy" for a cooling system is not a great tag line. That's just my thoughts.

To explain, the lady is referring to the baby she had just delivered which is noisy, not the air conditioning system, but I can see how some might miss the part she was saying at the beginning about how she was about to deliver when the air conditioner went out. We will take this into consideration when we have other commercials made.
