On time and great service from Brian

Hello! I usually don't send feedback but I thought I'd write a short note about my service today. I called early Saturday morning complaining about a leak in one of my pipes. A rep called me about 8AM and said that a plumber would be at my home between 12PM & 4PM. I received a call when the plumber was on the way. When Brian arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. When I agreed, he got right to work. He showed up at my home around 12:15PM, completed the work and was on his way an hour later. Not only was he prompt, he was genuinely a nice guy. He made small talk and was extremely friendly. He was honest and did not try to upsell any services. I really appreciate that. Thank you for helping me fix my problem. I will be calling you in the future for other services.
