Great Experience!
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the customer service representative who schedule service for us. After talking to her for a bit she heard my son crying in the background & asked how old my child was. After finding out it was a newborn, she went above & beyond to make sure we had service that very same day! This was our first experience with Coolray and after our issue has been fixed we definitely will continue to use your company. All I can say is OUTSTANDING from your customer service rep, to your installers, to your coordinators. Great Experience by far!!!
