Ref. slip number 519580. I just wanted to give a big "Thanks!" to my service tech John that came out to my house today. He was punctual, informative, and the utmost professional. The saying, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression," is important to me, and John represented Coolray fantastically. There were no pressured sales techniques and he took the time to answer all my questions.
