Wendy Lea • Chief Executive Officer

Wendy Lea is the CEO of Get Satisfaction. Wendy founded The Chatham Group, where she currently serves as an angel investor, strategic advisor and board member for a long list of startup companies. Wendy chairs the board for women's entrepreneur group Watermark and serves on the board of Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund (SV2.org). She has been recognized as a Top 100 Woman of Influence in Silicon Valley.

Scott Barmmer • Sales

Previously, Scott worked at Salesforce.com, where he led the global accounts sales team. When he's not rainmaking, he enjoys tennis and spending time with his family and their two dogs.

Barry Chubrik • Finance and Operations

Barry Chubrik is Vice President of Finance and Operations, managing the financial side of things and keeping our day-to-day functions running smoothly. Barry joined Get Satisfaction from Azure Capital Partners, a San Francisco based venture capital firm. While at Azure, Barry worked closely with several portfolio companies including BlogHer, Cooking.com, ezRez Software, Get Satisfaction, SilkRoad technology and TripIt (acquired by Concur for $120M).

Jonathan Clay • Engineering

Jonathan is Vice President of Engineering and oversees Software Development, QA and System Operations. Jonathan has played a similar role at other major SaaS companies including VerticalResponse (an email service provider) and CustomerSat (an enterprise feedback solution). Jonathan was originally involved in the development of mission critical funds transfer software for major US and European banks, and has been actively involved in the Internet space since 1999, in domains ranging from Artificial Intelligence to e-Commerce to content publishing.

Scott Hirsch • Product Marketing & Business Development

Scott is our Vice President of Product Marketing and Business Development. He is responsible for defining our go-to-market product strategy and roadmap, as well as strategic partnership development. Prior to joining Get Satisfaction, Scott was co-founder of a boutique strategy consultancy that brought design principles to exploration of greenfield products and business models for global 1000 clients. His clients included Rodale Publishing, Telefonica, Nokia, and British Telecom.

Phil is Chief Product Officer and is responsible for developing and executing the overall product vision of our platform. Phil's past adventures include Chief Product Officer at Klout, CEO at Talkingpoint, Inc., founder and CEO of BigCharts and president at CBS MarketWatch.com, Inc. Phil's passion is bringing online products to market which embody clear value propositions, brand promise and leverage creative channel strategies. His leadership, value creation and product philosophy is customer experience centered.

Azita Martin • Marketing

Azita Martin is Vice President of Marketing at Get Satisfaction. In her role she is accountable for all aspect of branding, messaging, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, demand generation, social media strategy and PR.

Prior to Get Satisfaction Azita was CMO of Moxie Software, a social enterprise software company. Azita has extensive experience in CRM, Customer Service, Digital Media and Social Enterprise Collaboration. She has held a variety of executive management positions at Salesforce.com, Siebel, Tuvox and LiveOps.

Jeff Nolan • Freemium

Jeff is our GM of Freemium business and is responsible for growth and monetization of our freemium business. In addition, Jeff manages our relationship with the industry analysts and market influencers. Jeff’s experience as a venture capitalist and operational executive in a variety of roles in enterprise software and consumer application companies is invaluable to Get Satisfaction as we continue to grow.

Doug Nugent • Customer Advocacy

Doug Nugent is Senior Director of Customer Advocacy and is responsible for ensuring our customers' success and implementing processes to build customer advocates. Previously, he was at Lithium Technologies as Senior Director of Business Operations. Prior to Lithium, Doug co-founded Propellix, a traditional CRM consulting practice. Doug is an avid sailor, was a member of the Canadian National Sailing Team, and continues to participate internationally when and if he's allowed out of the Satisfactory.
