Man, favoriting and processing my favorites is very key to my Twitter workflow, I use it constintly on my iPhone to mark tweets that I want to check out when I'm on a computer. This would be huge in getting me to switch to CoTweet as my Twitter client of choice full time.

I agree with all of the above. Favorites are/were essentially Twitter's original 'list'. It was really the first way, other than re-tweeting, to express what you found interesting. I still think it's a valuable aspect of ones Twitter account and presence. I look forward to seeing it added to CoTweet. Regards, J.

I think it is a shame you are adding lots of wonderful features, you improved the UI a lot and, let me say, it is now one of the best available, but you DON?T SUPPORT FAVORITE YET! No way to favorite a tweet, no way to see my own favorites. A shame. How long does it take to add that feature???

I see no one from CoTweet has addressed this question recently, so let me point to their response to my similar question today:

I think Juliet's post says it all.

Marking tweets as Favorite is basic for curating lists. It's just dumb to not have it on CoTweet. Oh well, guess it'll be HootSuite then.

Anytime soon? We now use the Zendesk integration for Twitter and not having the Favorite function disrupts the flow of customer service.

We have a tagging feature in the Enterprise edition which allows tweets to be tagged as favorites or any other category. We may consider including this feature in the standard edition in the future.
