Adding a Notes tab / section

While this isn't a major problem, it's a little irritating. Once I make a note on someone, there doesn't appear to be a way of finding that note, aside from clicking on the follower.

Surely a Notes tab / section would help?

I've since assigned those people to myself, so they appear under the Follow Up section, but it just seems a little awkward to work that way.
