please let it be soon! :) I would love to stop using HootSuite entirely. The lack of a bookmarklet is forcing me to go back and forth right now. -
Inappropriate? This is pretty straight forward and not that much effort, is it? I like the bookmarklets of tr.im and Yammer a lot, if you want to look at these.
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Yeah, pretty please, Kyle. About half of my Twitter use is sharing links. That's cumbersome in CoTweet. I'm finding myself using Su.pr to schedule, and Tweetie on-the-fly (both have bookmarklets). Would rather do *everything* in CoTweet. :-)

Inappropriate?Kyle, do shoot me a note when the bookmarklet is ready. Shareaholic users have been sending us lots of emails to support cotweet!
Both tr.im and tweetie are supported by Shareaholic.

Inappropriate?Kyle -- throwing my hat in here, too. This would be especially helpful now that you have bit.ly integration...
Any idea whether you'll implement it with something like the bit.ly sidebar or su.pr page-top frame?
-
Inappropriate? The lack of a bookmarklet will deter me from switching from Hootsuite.
I’m disappointed

Inappropriate? The lack of either a bookmarklet *or* an iphone app is getting increasingly bizarre
I’m concerned

Inappropriate?use the bit.ly bookmarklet, as I have done. it allows posting to multiple accounts now. Since cotweet supports bit.ly there's not much reason for a cotweet-specific bookmarklet anymore.
But an iphone app...yeah, i see your point. -
Sure, there are other alternatives to cotweet - but the business benefit of cotweet is you can allow controlled Tweeting by named individuals, without sharing the master Twitter account password. -
Inappropriate? No, you're right, it doesn't. But the sort of tweet I schedule is not the same in character as the sort of tweet I post on the fly, as it were, via a bookmarklet. Others may have different needs.
And still, it's a workaround, for sure.
