It sounds like yours looks different, or am I just staring at it and not seeing it. Sometimes that happens!

Thanks! I think the problem is happening because of the number of tabs you have (when I logged in, I was able to reproduce the problem because the Admin tab showed up). We're going to see if we can fix that up; I've assigned it to a designer. I don't think your users are seeing it because they won't see the admin tab.
