You might want to make sure that the image is a reasonable size and that it is a JPG format. PNG's are fine too but certain browsers I think have issues with it at times.

It is a JPG and I have tried making it smaller, but it was not large to begin with. Did not work.

Rene, I keep trying it and it works for me. Try a different browser. Are you on a PC or Mac?

Also, note that the upload should work on the account page but there is a bug we will fix where your photo does not update on the event page itself.
