Background Image Display Issue in Firefox 3

The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?Whoa, thanks for helping debug this. I did notice it earlier today but thought it was related to the Flash video avatar feature we just released. We'll totally look into it.
-
Inappropriate?Well, actually I just noticed that feature, didn't realize it was new. So it could be that actually... but if it was, not sure why it would just be effecting FF3? I could've sworn the backgrounds were showing up for me last night, but I could be delusional.

Inappropriate?Ok, I've done a little more testing and it is the flash video avatar, because the background image disappears in IE7 as well (I posted a link previously you can check out). I guess the avatar's a cool feature and all, but I'd rather see my custom backgrounds that I've spent a good deal of time designing, but hey, that's just me, lol. Any way we can just disable that feature for now until we get the kinks worked out?
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hmm, yeah. You can opt out of it in your Account page for now. Our entire engineering team (Russell) is on vacation for a few days :)
-
Inappropriate? The video avatar's not enabled for me anyway, so it must be an issue when they rolled out the code on that feature or something that somehow effected the background display.
-
Inappropriate?LOL, ok sorry - think I narrowed it down a bit more. It may just be something funky going on with just my Crush3r profile (events@lifepointcc.org) because I can see the background images once I'm logged out or if I login on my personal account. I'm not sure how this happened or what's really causing it, but from what I can tell, all my account settings are set to default. Anyways, hope these additional details can provide some answers to the engineering team.

Inappropriate?Ah, cool. Getting closer. So organizer view only. Do you have a copy of the background image you can send me (feedback@crush3r.com)? I can try to reproduce. Thanks again.
-
Inappropriate?I was able to reproduce this. Looks like some recent code changes broke the Customizer. It basically snaps to "None" instead of staying in "Custom" which is what is suppose to be on select when someone uploads a background image. Thanks for the help Nathan. We'll have this fixed as soon as possible. Glad to know guests don't experience this bug.

Inappropriate? No problem. With as many events as we have running, glad it's just on my end too. Thanks for your help.
I’m happy
