RSVP has two answers: yes and no. Another nice option would be "I'd like to be there" or "I'm with you, thought not present in person", etc.
Thus, an event (like Kim Goodwin's book launch) would have lots of supoprters albeit a few assisting.
This is useful for events like Goodwin's. the invitation spread along the continents. Many of us will not be able to reach California that date. Me, for example: I'm in Argentina but would like to be "morally present".
It should ba an option for the event creation.

Inappropriate?Cool. Yeah right now I have an array of 7 options in there from "raincheck" to "will be there early". It has been requested that these be customizable so responses like you suggested could be added by the organizer. Thanks for sending the feedback Juan.
