Top menu on account pages

Had trouble finding the 'My Account' and 'Log out' links until I scrolled all the way towards the bottom of the 'My Stuff' page I was on. Would like to see these two links at the top right of every page: in the menu which already contains the links 'My Events', 'My Crowd'. The former links are placed below your 'Follow us on Twitter' link/icon. Put the important stuff first, please. Thanks in advance
