So-Called "Community" Forums Are Ignored By Company
The environment in the forums is totally hostile and the moderator (travisll) locks or deletes any thread that criticizes CC (Cultured Code). The developers never post in the forums so users feel completely ignored, and recently CC even removed any link to their own forums from their web site.

Inappropriate?CC has now taken down the forums, presumably deleting everything, and has a page up saying new forums will be launched in "a week or two". Given CC's track record with timeframes (which you could've read about on the forums!), I don't think anyone is holding their breath. Why on earth would a company delete the old forums before the new system was ready? Why would it delete the old forums in the first place? Are they changing the forum software, and if so, why?
Unfortunately, it looks to me like a further move to bury complaints by the heaviest, and previously loyal, users of their software. It's all very strange, and doesn't improve my opinion of CC and their customer relations.
I’m appalled
