CC Data only downloads to XL in two hourly increments
Hi guys, I recently purchased Current Cost meter and have connected to my Windows PC successfully. When I view hourly graph and only see down to 2 hourly increments. I can live with that but when I export to XL I also only get entroies each 2 hour. I'm not sure either yet if that 2 hourly entry in XL is the sum of two single hours. I read a previous response to a similar question but saw no referewnce to the XL download issue. Many thanks for any ideas. P.S only been running for overnight and part of yesterday but the pattern in XL is clear - two hour entries only.

Inappropriate?The app displays and exports like this because that is what data the CurrentCost meters produce.
CurrentCost meters collect history in two-hour blocks, starting/ending on odd-numbered hours. Unless that changes, I wont have hourly data to be able to display or export. Sorry.
