I'm running Windows XP, Home Edition 2002, Service pack 3 and tried installing but when I click on currentcost.exe I get an error signature and wont continue
Any ideas?

I'm not clear what you mean by "error signature" - what error are you seeing?
It'd probably also be helpful to confirm:
a) What version of the app you have?
b) What steps did you take to unpack it?
