No data
I have downloaded the program etc and installed the cable driver. The programme is there as I can see the graph outline. When I try to download it asks which port and I say COM3 but get no data. Please help.

Inappropriate?Sorry to hear that you're having problems. A few questions:
Why did you enter COM3?
Which type of CurrentCost meter do you have?
How long has your CurrentCost meter been running? -

Have now changed to com4 and do get live data.
I have a CC128 meter which is quite new.
The meter has now been running just four weeks.
I have tried connecting on the one minute past the hour but the only difference was it now shows a trend which gives me a two hourly min and max and says something about the monthly average.
It draws the outline of the graphs but they have no data on them.
My problem sounds similar to others have had but the solutions do not seem to work for me. -
Inappropriate?Can I ask how you are connecting please? Are you using "download once" or "stay connected"?
