Year 2009 Calendar bLADE Wiki templates.

I've created some Year 2009 Calendar templates (English only) for bLADE Wiki. These are similar to Patrick Bogaert's 2007-2008 templates in his diary.zip file from the old bLADE Wiki support site. Those calendars had a problem with the month template for July, 2008 and for all the month templates for day numbers 1-9. These 2009 templates work correctly.

I created the templates automatically using a Python script. It'll create calendars from 2008 to beyond this century.
