Profile employment info needs automatic chronological sort

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but as an fyi, it's a bit disconcerting to see the company / employment history on the profile not sorted automatically chronologically / reverse-chronologically by end-date. People usually add their most recent employer first but it gets really chaotic after a while when it doesn't do this automagically for you! Manually editing entries quickly become painful :)
