Want old Dandyid Account Deleted!

I want my account deleted and have sent you all two emails in the past three days and have heard nothing. What must I do to have an account deleted?

Just so you know there is a serious bug between Dandyid and Facebook. I created a new DandyID account and authorized that one with Facebook having de-authorized the old one. When I try to install the DandyID app into my Facebook account, it keeps opening the old account and trying to pull info from there, even though I have logged out. This happens on browsers on which neither my Facebook account nor any DandyID account has never been opened. So whatever the problem is, it is not a cookie problem.

That said, I would like to delete my old DandyID account or get it deleted? Honestly, in the future guys, this really shouldn't be that hard.
