2.1 update problem
Anyone else get the message box "Too few items in media." when trying to update to 2.1? (I've got about 1100 items...). Apparently my library cannot be converted to 2.1 format after that.

Nathan and Bernard:
I'm very sorry you're having this trouble - I know it's no comfort that the vast majority of users were upgraded fine, but hopefully it helps a bit that I'm working full-time on making sure the handful of people (like you) who are having troubles get them resolved.
While I work on this, you can go back to using 2.0.7, I've put a fresh build here: http://delicious-monster.com/download...
I haven't seen any other reports of your exact problem (the others are running out of memory, not having verification problems), so I'm not sure what's going on here. Since you can't run Delicious Library 2.1 to file a bug report in-app, can you please manually file bug reports by e-mailing "support@delicious-monster.com"? This will give you case numbers and you'll be promoted to my very short list of people having upgrade issues, so I can work with you both directly to get this resolved. (It lets me e-mail you, and adds you to my to-fix list, which is managed in a different database than this support site - non-optimal, I know!)
I'd need to get a copy of your data files to resolve this; would this be possible? You can upload them to my public iDisk folder (I'll send you the password in e-mail when I get your reports) or we can work out another way to get them over, assuming you have no objections.

Inappropriate?I cannot get the update of DL2.1 to run. Tried the automated update and will not open. Tried manually downloaded and copying to apps folder same issue.
file is 2.1 (v11424)
edit: please ignore above... two more attempts.. reinstalled previous version from trash and then performed automated update and worked.
Bernhard... this also successfully updated the library to 2.1 and I have 1015 items in library
I’m thankful it finally worked

I tried every combination I can think of in the meantime. Manually downloading, automatic...it always stops after the update bar is at about 75% with the error message "Too few items in media". Could it be that it expects at least 1 item in every genre, and, not finding it, stops with the error...? (I have only books, dvd's, music & games, no apparel and whatever category else there is...) -
Inappropriate?Bernhard
I only have Books, DVD's and Music, no issue here. -
Inappropriate?Problem persists in 2.1.1 (v11434).

Inappropriate?I also can't upgrade (same symptoms as Bernhard) and I didn't keep 2.0.7 so I can't even run Delicious Library anymore :-(
I’m sad

Inappropriate? If it helps, I turned on SQL debugging and tried to update the 2.0 library again, and the last message in Console was...
