"Help isn't available for Library."
I noticed that when selected "Help" in DL2, I appeared to be getting DL1 help. I tried to fix this by deleting my copy of DL1; not I'm not getting any help at all, just a "Help isn't available for Library" message.
I tried downloading DL2 again, but that made no difference. How can I get my help file back?

The help documents have been plugged into the program and will make their first appearance in the 2.3 beta.

I know this is frustrating, everyone. The Help will be embedded in the application in 2.1, a free, major update that is coming as soon as we finish the (Free) iPhone application completed. In the mean time, please feel free to write to me with any questions, or post questions here and help each other out if you can.

I think if the company is offering online help and even employees to answer your questions directly about the software, this is a plus instead of a down. Specially that online the information is constantly updated. -
Online help is fine, but no one wants to email the staff with every little question. Clearly they intend to write up some documentation, but haven't been able to do it yet. I'm just putting in a request that help documentation be made a higher priority. Thanks! -

Also, about the bug report , I wish it did not open up my Mail (for some reason it opens mine.) A separate build-in window would be nice without the need to pop open the Mail app.

Inappropriate?Still no help using version 2.2 (11510) so obviously care factor is zero as international user I have to wait till I hear back from staff to find out basic information about the product. Poor form DM.

Inappropriate?I've just downloaded the application (6 Nov) from the Delicious Monster site - and it looks like there's no help text in the latest build.
I think this because if I click Help / Delicious Library Help - then I get the message "There is no help for Library".
Also when I go to the Delicious Monster Web site and to the help page and then click on "Launch Delicious Library Help File" - I got an empty Help application window.
Can you help?

Inappropriate?On the page http://www.delicious-monster.com/help... there is a link that says "Launch Delicious Library Help (requires Delicious Library version 1.5 or later". But when I click on it nothing happens. The link is to a URL which is "help:openbook=Delicious Library Help", and apparently Firefox has no idea what to do with it.

Inappropriate?The Help tab (Help search) for Delicious Library 2 returns nothing when I type in "lend" and "borrower". How do you lend a book and keep track of the return date?
Did I miss a manual or tutorial somewhere? Probably. I just wanted to say that I shouldn't have to search forums and google to learn how to use these basic features.
And on the website, when I click Help, I get a link for "Launch Delicious Library Help Manual" and it's not really a manual. Clicking doesn't do what scrolling over the link implies: help:openbook=Delicious%20Library%20Help
Nothing opens. I just have to search the knowledge base. "Lend" returns no results. "Borrower" did, but I would never have known that was the term to look up if I hadn't searched the forums first. Just letting you know that I did try before I posted this.

Inappropriate?This app wants nominating for the worse tech support ever. This is not bloody freeware we have paid for it for gods sake. The arrogance and lack of response from DM is beyond any other software I have ever used. Many freeware programs as well as iPhone apps come with full help files. So why the xxxx can't DM do the same.
If I had one of them in front of me I would tell them how many potential users they are loosing customers because of this.
