"Help isn't available for Library."

Just checking in, but is there an ETA on when we can expect to find the Help implemented?

Can we get an answer as to when help will be available. Thank you.

Not very confidence-inspiring guys. I'm a trial user, and the lack of help will likely be a deal-breaker for me. You're losing customers here...

Also, about the bug report , I wish it did not open up my Mail (for some reason it opens mine.) A separate build-in window would be nice without the need to pop open the Mail app.

I have Library 2.1.1, and I still get the no help available. Did I mess up the upgrade? Thanks

Really? A year for help documentation? Really?

Still no help using version 2.2 (11510) so obviously care factor is zero as international user I have to wait till I hear back from staff to find out basic information about the product. Poor form DM.

I've just downloaded the application (6 Nov) from the Delicious Monster site - and it looks like there's no help text in the latest build.


I think this because if I click Help / Delicious Library Help - then I get the message "There is no help for Library".


Also when I go to the Delicious Monster Web site and to the help page and then click on "Launch Delicious Library Help File" - I got an empty Help application window.


Can you help?

Does Delicious Library 2 have a help manual? If so, where can I download it? I can't access it from the Help menu nor does the link from the Help webpage open it up.

The previous beta had an integrated Help (which also was localizable), but the most recent one (r10682) doesn't seem to have it...


Any reason why the Help is gone?? It was looking pretty good to me.

On the page http://www.delicious-monster.com/help... there is a link that says "Launch Delicious Library Help (requires Delicious Library version 1.5 or later". But when I click on it nothing happens. The link is to a URL which is "help:openbook=Delicious Library Help", and apparently Firefox has no idea what to do with it.

Delicious Library 2 has been out for some time now and I still see no help or manual available. This seems so basic. I don't ever remember an app I've bought that had no help, no manual. Really disappointing!

I can't get started with Li brary. No matter what I click on, there is no help. I went to the website and tried to download the manual, but nothing loads. I was planning to get my b ooks categorized TODAY, not next year!

The Help tab (Help search) for Delicious Library 2 returns nothing when I type in "lend" and "borrower". How do you lend a book and keep track of the return date?


Did I miss a manual or tutorial somewhere? Probably. I just wanted to say that I shouldn't have to search forums and google to learn how to use these basic features.

Nothing opens. I just have to search the knowledge base. "Lend" returns no results. "Borrower" did, but I would never have known that was the term to look up if I hadn't searched the forums first. Just letting you know that I did try before I posted this.

Need more robust Help or perhaps a short manual..

This app wants nominating for the worse tech support ever. This is not bloody freeware we have paid for it for gods sake. The arrogance and lack of response from DM is beyond any other software I have ever used. Many freeware programs as well as iPhone apps come with full help files. So why the xxxx can't DM do the same.

If I had one of them in front of me I would tell them how many potential users they are loosing customers because of this.

They're also leaving themselves open to a class-action lawsuit... DM better get moving.

help, I just purchased a version 1 licence ( I still have tiger on my mac)I need to get a user manual, I scanned two cd's but I need to know how to use this software
