audible books import permanently?
I keep a lot of my audio books stored at audible.com in my account there, rather than using up my own hard-drive space. How can I keep a record of these permanently in my DM library? If I download a book, listen to it, then delete it from iTunes on my computer, DM deletes it too. Yet I do still own it and I'd like to see it in my library.
Terry told me "You'll need to enable AppleScripts under Delicious Library 2 preferences, then in the File menu in the menu bar you'll see an "Import->iTunes Albums" option. Select that, and an AppleScript should run that will import your iTunes items into your library so that you have them permanently."
Well, they are not remaining in my library permanently. When I delete it it iTunes I loose it in DL.
I see that all these books are still in my downloads file on my computer. How can I get DL to list them?

Inappropriate?Something isn't quite right there:
The script Terry told you to run would have imported everything from your iTunes library as unique imported items, as if you had scanned them normally. if you delete the items from iTunes after this, the items are not deleted from DL2.
The other iTunes functionality, that you are describing is the one where iTunes libraries are read using Bonjour connections, and in this configuration, if you delete from iTunes, it gets removed from DL2. Just make sure you have turned off the itunes preferences in DL2.
