Batch import of UPC
I'd like to be able to import information based on UPC's. Strangely enough, you allow a user to SEARCH a UPC, but there seems to be no way to load of list of UPC's then get information. I've even tried (in vain) to do this using AppleScript.
Can you either A. add the ability to batch-search for UPC importing or B. make Delicious Library recordable in AppleScript (it currently isn't).

Inappropriate?Adam- This is a pretty popular request, and something we might bring back in the next version of Delicious Library. Funny enough, it's actually something that worked in v1... If you download version 1 (which you can use for free since you have a DL2 license), you can import a list of UPCs and then export them over to DL2. I know it seems like kind of a silly workaround, but that's the only way it works right now.

I did try downloading version 1. Once I found it (nowhere on the delicious-monster website I might add), I couldn't use it—it kept crashing. (I'm using Snow Leopard, and I don't think version 1 is compatible.) -
Inappropriate?1.7 v11481, right?
I haven't had problems running it on my 10.6.1 system but I haven't used it that extensively. It does tend to explode when I feed it toy UPCs, though. Heh heh.
(As a side note, DL (1) is linked from http://www.delicious-monster.com/blog...
But no, not the most obvious place ever.)

Inappropriate?I had 1.66 (I think). Getting 1.7 sorta worked, but I couldn't enter my 2.x license code. Bummer!

Inappropriate?I believe you may have to contact DM for a complimentary DL (1) license.

Inappropriate?I was able to contact Delicious for the 1.x license code, which they sent and that worked beautifully. Unfortunately, using version 1 didn't work for me after all was said and done. I was able to import the UPC's, but nothing happened after that. Either the app would crash or no results would get retrieved from Amazon. I tried retrieving one-by-one, but even that let me down: the feature stopped working after 2 successful retrievals.
I’m miffed

Inappropriate?Adam- Try removing the plist for Delicious Library 2. It's located at Home>Library>Preferences>com.delicious-monster.library2.plist.
Make sure the application is quit while you do this. Find that file, delete it, and launch Delicious Library 2. The application will generate another plist and place it into the preferences folder. Make sure you have your license code handy as you'll have to re-enter it after doing this.
Let me know if it still doesn't work.

Inappropriate? That works fine...for version 2, but I don't understand what that has to do with version 1 import? When I try an import from a file in version 1, I get an error code 11, and the program quits.
I’m confused
