I can't use the email function in Delicious Library. Safari and Mail will start but nothing after that.

Do you have Mail.app configured? When you select "Email to a friend...", it should open Mail, and create a new email with the item in the body.

I have this problem also. It worked once in about 12 tries. Usually it just opened the Mail app without starting a new email.
Just seen another more recent thread opened on this.
