Cant publish in Dl 2.3 !
When trying to publish, no matter what i select, DL2 crashes and then restarts. The publishing starts of fine, but after 20 seconds it hangs and then DL2 crashes. This happenes after i installed the 2.3 :-)

I have actually tried them all, and they all start out OK, for 5 seconds, and the program shuts down, its pretty much the same for MobileMe/Folder/FTP or Iweb :-)
I can append the crash log from OSX, if that helps any ? -

Inappropriate?Same with me, it crashes when I select "Publishing Setup" I filed one bug report, then closed every program and tried again, then rebooted the computer and tried again before sending the second bug report.

Inappropriate?MY DL seems to crash only halfway when I try to access the publishing setup.
I just installed the 2.3.2 Update (on a german OSX) and it stops scrolling in the shelf window after clicking on publishing setup. I can still click on dvds and scroll in the right description window.
Also, DL still publishes my library to a folder if I click in "publish". However, I would like to publish to the 'net instead... -

Inappropriate?Hello, just updatet today to 2.3.2 on OS 10.5.8. I was publishing in the past to an folder Version 2.2 V11510. This was working great ! After Updating to 2.3.2 the "publishing setup" still does not work, nothing happens when i select the setup button. My friend has installed on his own Mac with SnowLeopard the old 2.2 v11510 with no problems, after 2.3 the app immediatly crashes when we try to select "publish setup". OS X is on both systems german. So this problem is still well known for about 10 days and the update is not delayed... why... kind regards from germany

Inappropriate?+1 All I have to do is hit Shift-Option-Cmd-P and app crashes. Fully replicable. 2.3.2 on OSX 10.5.8.

If you send an email to "support[at]delicious-monster[dot]com", then our bug tracking system will generate a case number for you to track the issue with. That way, we can file you in the same group as the others experiencing the issue, and contact you if we get a beta out that fixes the problem.

If you're backing up with Time Machine, you can simply get the previous copy out of the applications folder. Start up Time Machine, go to Applications folder, go back in time until you find earlier copy you want, select the earlier version, select Restore, and tell it you want to retain your current version + this older version. It will append (original) to the latest copy and place a fresh copy of the older version in the Applications folder for you to play with.
DL2 is modular, so this older copy will read all your regular support files (the DL2 database, preferences, cache, etc.). That's how I reverted until 2.3.2 is fixed. -

Hmm. Judging from this and another thread, I expected horrible, flaming death when I clicked on the grey Publish button, but it configured as it should, then quietly published to .mac, surprisingly quickly.
So...can anyone else confirm 2.3.3 beta 3 (v11679) (say that 15 times fast) is working okay for them?
I think part of it is because I'm an olde-tyme iTools user. -
Inappropriate?Hi, thank you for the beta 3, now the Publishing setup does not crash. However I have seen it's not possible to publish on iWeb 09, just iWeb 08. I guess this would be update soon.
Publish on mobileme still publish on http://homepage.mac.com and I have noticed that the items are not sorting by title as my library.

Inappropriate?I've tried the latest beta. Verdict: almost.
I can now configure an SFTP, but it throws an exception when I try to publish.
It gets to page 33ish of 88 and dies with:
Operation could not be completed. *** -[NSConcreteData subdataWithRange:]: range {1193024, 107752} exceeds data length 206
Looks like an Objective C variable limit error. But I'm not in-depth enough with Obj-C to decrypt all the errors yet.
Then it seems to forget about my Publish settings (I have to reconfigure the site). However, in attempts to click "FTP" again to configure, the app crashes.
