Delicious Library: 'Lookup Activity Window' - Formatting Failure!!
Hello.
I believe that I have found a minor niggle when one is made to input an "EAN" manually rather than scan it in using one's iMac iSight Camera.
With a CD that I tried to read with iSight this evening*, I found that the bar code reader threw up the 'Lookup Activity' window and it displayed an error message. It was for a music CD and was the CD equivalent of an old vinyl 'single' record. In other words, a single track released on CD as a precursor to a full CD album.
The displayed error message was horizontally truncated -
So the obvious thing to do I thought was use the drag point at the bottom right of the error message window downwards and to the right. However I found that I could only drag it downwards (not to the right at all). Hence I could only make the window deeper, not wider.
This would not normally pose a problem. However, when I resized this window, albeit only vertically, the enclosed error massage text failed to 'wrap' to the new proportions of the resized window - thus
So I am therefore none the wiser as to what the complete error text says and thus unable to work out what to do next - without bothering you.
Hope this makes sense.
