DL2 and native TV Episode type/catalog.
Any chance for a native TV Show type (instead of movie) as well as a single entry for the season with all episodes located within this entry?

Can two new fields be created in DL to better categorise and count DVD's.
One field where you can specify the type of DVD, i.e. Movie, TV series, documentary, etc. So I can set up smart playlists to separate my collections. At the moment I'm using the "Location" field to specify Movie or TV but this is really not the best place to put this data.
Can another field be created where you can specify the number of parts in the database entry. For example if I add Smallville season 5 to the database I want to specify how many episodes are in the box ("# of items" field exists but this specifies the number of DVD's).
Alternatively instead of number of episodes you can list the actual episode names.
I would then like the episode total count added to the exported website next to the shelf names, i.e.
Movies
600 Movies
TV
2500 Episodes
New Items
12 Movies
24 Episodes

Inappropriate?I'll add this as a feature request. As always, adding a reason you'd like a feature added to the application is helpful. We may not have thought of your particular situation, so if you explain why you want something it's immensely helpful to us when we're deciding what to add next.

Inappropriate?Hi Terry, Thanks for your response to this. The ability to add television shows that we have bought on DVD in a category other than Movies would help keep our catalogues in order. It's a bit of a strange concept but I think because they originated in different media, even though they end up on the same medium, they are still thought of as separate categories.
Does this help clarify or just confuse?

Inappropriate?I think keeping focus on the actual 'physical' media is a bit weird when it comes to TV (on DVD ...or files for that matter). Being able to have these as a distinct library would be nice.
