DL2 doesn't recognise my License Code
I love my Delicious Library 1, so much so that I upgraded to DL2! But now my license code doesn't seem to work. When I enter my license code, an orange triangle appears on the right side of the license code field, and I'm not able to click 'License Now'. DL2 doesn't allow me to add new content to my library, either.

Yeah, tons of people are having this problem. You buy an upgrade license through Version 1, you HAVE to buy it through Version 2, otherwise you end up with a second version 1 license. It's confusing because the email we send out says Delicious Library 2 Receipt in the subject line, whether it's for v1 or v2.
Just respond to the receipt we sent you and I'll manually issue you a v2 license.

Okay, I received a Delicious Library 2 license, entered it and now I receive an error indicating the license expired 28 November 2004. -
Inappropriate?So I emailed and I'm still waiting. I guess, this is what I get for moving a huge stack of cds onto my desk before I make sure that the upgrading process makes sense and works.

Inappropriate?If you purchased an upgrade, and it's not working, what you probably purchased was a Version 1 license. You MUST purchase through Version 2 in order to get a Version 2 license.
