Import buglets and infelicities

Comments and (mild) problems from a so-far brief acquaintance with Delicious Library 2.1.1 (I'm not requesting help on these as such, just reporting them)

Import problems:

* 'Purchase Price' and 'Purchased From' get mixed up: If I label one column as 'purchased from', it appeared in details as 'purchase price', and if I skip 'purchased from' and instead just label a column as 'purchase price', it doesn't show up at all

* All imported items are shown as 'country'='us', even though 'Prefer results from ... UK' is set in the preferences

* 'Label' is _deeply_ counterintuitive when you mean 'publisher' (though I appreciate this makes sense for music and videos); similarly, 'Creator' doesn't make a lot of sense for 'author' (unless you're coming over all DC on us (which is not a bad thing))

* Generally, the metadata was rather unconvincing. I don't think you necessarily want to go down the road of MARC or RDA (though I don't want to discourage you from that) -- that'd be a bit obsessive (though consider your market here! (that's quite enough brackets, now (ed))). However some more context sensitivity would be good, providing book-type metadata when importing books.

* Another potential import format would be BibTeX files (I can possibly help with that if you're interested)

* I at first misunderstood 'label' to mean something like 'tag'. Tagging would be good.

And +1 for the suggestion of a 'last import' shelf. This would be consistent with other similar OS X applications, and convenient for checking up on details when importing.

I'm just about to investigate exporting!
