iPhone app not available (http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/XXXX)

After downloading DL2.1 and starting it up again, it offered me to download the iPhone app. However, it redirected me to http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/XXXX (the XXXX at the end just doesn't look like it should be there to me).

Don't know if it's important: I'm on the Dutch iTunes Store (so I guess the "international app store").
