iPhone sync -- just do the delta, not the whole library!
I love the new iPhone app, but I have one complaint: with nearly 2,000 items in my library, it takes a LONG time to pack up and transfer the library to my phone. I was expecting that the first time, but EVERY time I sync, it has to completely pack up the library and transfer it. It should really only have to transfer new/changed items.
I had time to write this whole post while it was syncing!

Inappropriate?Uh, I don't know precisely. Maybe five or six minutes? It's not like it takes hours, but it's still a nuisance. It takes longer to sync library than it takes to sync every other feature of the phone (calendar, contacts, etc).
(I suppose I could also submit as a suggestion: Figure out how to make the library sync along with other apps, through iTunes. But if I was going to do that, I should probably open a separate thread, huh?)
I’m glad to get a reply from a rep.

Inappropriate? It would be cool to sync through iTunes, but unfortunately Apple's APIs don't allow that =) Plus it would make your iTunes syncs take even longer...
Anyhow, development is currently halted on our iPhone app due to its recent removal from the iTunes app store. I'm sorry for the inconvenience =(
