Library crashes trying to set up publishing

Whenever I try to access the setting for "publishing setup" delicious library crashes; I have tried renaming the plist file and downloading a new version of the app and it still makes no difference. I have noticed that it crashes quite a bit since the last update as it crashed at that point too. I am running snow leopard (10.6.1) and library 2.3.2
