Need author's first & last as option in Excel/delim export

I need to export. Since the iPhone app was dropped, we're attempting to load the library on a Kindle. It works fine *except* the client insists on having his books alphabetized by author, and wants *only* author and title.

The delimited exports only have a Creator field (first & last name together, can't sort); the biblio exports are in the format Last, First, so I know the data is stored with the names in separate fields, but then we're stuck with all the other data too. When I look at the sql database in a text editor, I can't find any delimited names, so I'm puzzled by that. (Surely the biblio exports don't de-catenate the whole Creator field? Why?)

It would be perfect if there was a delimited export with first & last name as separate fields. Please?
