Scalar USB microscope scanning
Can I use a Scalar USB microscope for scanning barcodes? The camera shows up on the Video Barcode Scanner window but I do not gt a reaction when scanning a barcode. Do I need a special driver for this camera?

Inappropriate?In theory, any USB "wedge" scanner that "hits return" after each scan should work, though in actuality, some work better than others. I'm not familiar with that specific scanner. Is it in keyboard mode? Can you scan barcode numbers into a text file?
