Shelf for items that didn't get any other shelf?
Is there a criteria for a smart shelf that is 'not on any other shelf'? I'd like to be able to say 'And this shelf is for all books that didn't show up on any other shelf'? Ideally being able to say 'not on any shelf, smart shelf, or non-smart shelf' as the filter down.

Inappropriate?I'd love to be wrong about this, but I think the answer is no. I was looking for the same thing. I tried to create a smart shelf for it, but I didn't see the option to base the contents of a shelf on the other shelf memberships of each item.

Inappropriate?Yeah-- we don't have any option for this right now. I can see why it would be helpful for partitioning up your library though. I will think about ways we could implement such a feature =)

Inappropriate?Another vote for this ability if poss, as I am trying to catalogue where things are in my house and somehow have obviously not got a few things in the right place, somethings have gone into my library without going onto the right shelf, but no idea what I've missed. -
Inappropriate?this only work fro Smart Shelves, since all Smart Shelves rely on having a piece of data to work on, then you can create a Smart Shelf with the opposite criteria than all you other smart shelves to revel those not in the other shelves.
Since I base all my items on Owner and Type, its fairly easy to set up. More complex Smart SHelves would necessitate more complex rules.3 Comments

When you are in the dialog box to choose the conditions for the smart shelf, which of the options in the list beginning Title, Subtitle do you choose to make a condition depending on shelf?
