Why won't my delicious library input my inventory?

My library is not accepting either a scanned barcode or a typed ISBN. Could this be because I have not allowed keychain access? I know that you guys won't take my info, but (dirt) hackers usually go after third parties for stuff. If this is this issue, that i won't allow access, does it mean I just can't use the app.? <pout> Thanks for help.</pout>
