370 Days left in warranty but told to buy new M1330 battery...
I love Dell, I own like 6 dell machines and we use them at work too. I have a XPS M1330 that I have Next Business Day, Includes Nights/Weekends warranty which was amazing in fixing the Graphics card issue. There's still 370 days left in my warranty.
However, last night, when I turned on my M1330, both windows and my bios tells me that my battery is not recognized. This is extremely weird since I was just using the battery on the plane ride back from LA... When I called support, all they did was tell me to buy a new one. Now I'm not so happy with dell :(
Can somebody help me here?
Thanks!

Inappropriate?how old is the comp and when did you purchase the comp also please help me with service tag of your comp...
-
Inappropriate?also please try updating the BIOS on your comp and that will fix the issue..
else please try turning on uyour comp just by using the battery it may show us whether the battery is defective or not .
if issue still exist then please try charging the battery by keeping the comp off (note: charge the battery atleast for 2 hour to get some power in the battery) and then turn on the comp just by using the battery...
